Symptoms:
After plugging it into the outlet, after 10 seconds the LED starts blinking idiotically. Doesn't react to anything.
I checked the voltage on the main.
In this state there is
1V for processor
3.3V
5V
Quartz MT5596 works
Mine seems to be in a Standby state
The owner said what happened after the power surge.

When you plug it in for the first time, the mine makes an attempt to start. All voltages except NT72334 are raised for 10 seconds.
There is no Enable for it, the queue does not reach it.
A short exchange appears on EMMC.
After that everything stops.
The LED receives a short pulse, so it blinks idiotically.
Main consumption at startup is 350 mA. After trying, zero.
There is no short circuit anywhere.

I think it has the EMMC firmware issure.

The protocol says "TconError has detected". It doesn't get any clearer than that. I suggest you don't waste any time hunting down software failures.
