Sorry to write in ENGLISH I had wanted to use google translator but it doesnt seem to work

My Philips 55OLED903/12 refused to start, I called Philips and they gave me a software to download which I did. I could see UPGRADE IN PROGRESS on the screen but then it goes back to start blinking again and wont start.. I could see one of my USB port was also damaged as if someone forced something into it don't when but I am not sure if its the cause. I could see this forum is very helpful, I will appreciate any suggestions.

That's the software PHILIPS gave me I thought with TPM18.1E LA it should have reflected in the software

Mein Philips 55OLED903/12 weigerte sich zu starten, ich rief Philips an und sie gaben mir eine Software zum Herunterladen, was ich tat. Ich konnte UPGRADE IN PROGRESS auf dem Bildschirm sehen, aber dann beginnt es wieder zu blinken und startet nicht wenn es die ursache ist.



Das ist die Software, die PHILIPS mir gegeben hat. Ich dachte, mit TPM18.1E LA hätte es sich in der Software widerspiegeln sollen

Vlt nicht relevaant aber versuchen würde ich es.

Copy file to USB pen drive
Unplug power cable
Plug in USB pen drive onto TV USB 1 or USB 2 port.
Plug in power cable
Switch on TV set via remote controller
Wait 2 minutes ( during this time TV set can reboots few times )
Unplug USB
Switch on TV set by remote controller
NVM.eed

Thomas I tried your suggestion it doesn't work I will need a new main board, I have to change the board because I could see my my HDMI 2 is broken

How do I make a bootlog when it wont boot unless I try to update with the Philips uploader then it boots up and keeps showing UPDATE in progress. The hdmi2 has a mechanical damage I will post the picture tomorrow.
