nokia 7297

hello

i have a nokia 7297 100 hertz wide screen
the problem is that there is sound but no picture
when i turn up the G2 i get a picture with stripes,and a kind of negative picture.
on the picture tube i have on all R G B 189 volt.

somebody have a idee ?????
