I hope that we can try resolve this problem on english

So, problem is that when machine gets activated, then motor gets full power an after few moments spülen starts blinking and I get 3 lines on display.

I have opened machine, but someone also did that before me, and he didn't put back scheme from inner side of front panel.

When I opened electronic, then I saw that also electronic wasn't virgin... There was some job in past

Problem is with IGBT transistor. Someone put triac in here, and obviously with wrong characteristics.

My question is that if someone have scheme of this machine or information of exact code on that IBGT transistor so I can order new one??

EL150 has got an IRG4BC30 and the EL140 is very similar.

So maybe try IRG4BC30.

Yeah, after I checked around net, this element could be mine solution

But there is a bunch similar elements... like I search IRG4BC30 but after '30' there is some letters more, for exemle there is IRG4BC30u, IRG4BC30w, IRG4BC30kpbf, IRG4BC30ud.... and they vary on current (A) and power (W).

I am not sure how to choose one??
