Grundig 43 GUB 8852

Hello everyone,
I'm struggling to find suitable firmware software for my Grundig smart TV.
The TV starts but I can't change much in the menu, any settings I make are not saved. after I restart the TV it resets and I have to configure it again
If anyone can help me I would be so grateful. Thanks in advance.
My tv is Grundig 43 GUB 8852

weist du eine Quelle wo man die Update SW vom Grundig 43 GUB 8852 findet?

Ja oben im Link unter deinem Chassis schauen. GF steht bei dir auf dem Typenschild auch drauf.
