Hi thommyX , sorry, but i have the same problem which i read in forums with Grundig 40 VLE8042. I find the softwere SX_NDLNA_50_737_3.ZIP, and install it. The TV started, but when I turned it off and try to turned on it was the same thing. It can't start. Tryed to install the software again but it can't. Can you send me the best software if is not problem to you. My email is **********. Thank you for .

Hallo zusammen,

auch mein Grundig 40 VLE 8042 S (056D40-SS17) will nicht mehr anspringen. Die LED blinkt und nichts tut sich.
Ich bin nach der Anleitung für die SW Installation per USB Stick vorgegangen ("Grundig Service Anleitung Blinkcode"), bin mir aber nicht ganz sicher, ob ich alles richtig gemacht habe. Die Installation lief auf jeden Fall durch aber leider keine Änderung.
Verwende ich vllt. die falsche Datei? SX_NDLNA_50_737_3.ZIP

Hi ThommyX, sorry that i loose your time again with my problem (I see that it's not only my problem ) , but it doesn't work after install the software which you sent me. I will try to explane the situation. This software was installing faster than other softwares which I read in forums and installed. When tde TV restarted after installing it shows blue screen wit GRUNDIG text, after that chanel 2 per seconds and then the screen is dark grey and thats it. The last time i installed bootloader, because i read this in forums, and I think that this was mistake, because after that the screen was the same - dark grey. Before that I tryed SX_NDLNA_50_737_3 and SX_NDLNA_100_737_3, but nothing. Is that any way to erase allthing and then to start install the software. If you can help me to resolve this problem i will be very thаnkfull. Have a nice day.

If you tried different sticks and also formatted FAT32 and the SS20 is not accepted, then this is only possible with the ISP tool.
