I just wanted to explain how I fixed my machine, since I couldn't find any clear answers online.... maybe this could help a few people!
If you are experiencing problems like I did, for example the program not finishing, staying stuck on one part of the program, not draining or spinning... first clear all water ways, the filter (below by your feet), the pipes, the detergent tray, inside the machine and around the drum... once everything is looking clean and good, do this factory reset:

I have a top loader and it worked the same!

My machine is now working perfectly

(sorry this is in English, but for some reason I could only find trouble shooting for this machine in german...??)

Hey,

I'm almost sure your problem wil come back. You didn't factory reset your machine, you started factory test only. It will test every function your maschine has.

But let us know if it wonÄt spin again, we will try to help you
